Thank
you for your order. Weego Home wants you
to be pleased with your purchase, please review the following policies:
Orders will be processed within 1-2 days of payment.
Exchanges and Returns. Stock accessories will be accepted for
exchange or return within 7 days of purchase only if accompanied by a receipt. No exchanges or returns on special orders, stock furniture, or sale
merchandise. Any product with a lead-time is considered a special order.
****Custom Orders. All custom
orders are final sales and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. All custom orders are made to your specifications. If there is any discrepancy, Weego Home has
the right and will make every attempt to repair it.
Materials. Due to the
unique characteristics of woods and metals, and color variations between fabric dye lots, some variation in color, grain, and texture should be
expected between a floor sample or swatch and your finished piece.
Size Limitations. Customers are responsible for verifying building and room access and
identifying impediments such as hallways,
elevators and stairs. Weego Home will
not be held responsible for merchandise
that is too large to fit through access ways.
Payment. A deposit
of 50% of the merchandise total is due on acceptance of a custom order. The balance of the merchandise total, all sales tax and delivery and
installation fees are due on completion of the order and prior to
delivery.
Delivery. Weego
Home will do its best to ensure that you receive your custom order within the
quoted time period, but we are not
responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise caused by the manufacturer or
other factors outside of our control.
****Delivery
and installation charges are not included in the price of any product sold by
Weego Home.
****Separate
delivery and installation charges may apply and are payable directly to the
carrier.
You assume all risks associated with the transportation of merchandise
picked up by you or by a carrier arranged by you.
Deliveries are scheduled only once an order has passed inspection by
our production manager and has been paid for in full. If no one is present to receive your
merchandise at the agreed time and place, additional delivery fees may be
charged.

Please inspect your order before signing delivery documents presented
by the delivery company. In the event
that any item is damaged during delivery or installation, you must note the
damage on the delivery documents, and notify Weego Home of the damage within 24
hours after delivery.

Weego Home will store your finished order for up to two weeks after we
notify you that it is ready for delivery, after which a storage fee of $250 per
month will be charged. All storage fees
must be paid in full prior to delivery.
Terms of Acceptance. By
signing this invoice, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of sale
printed on this invoice, and acknowledge
that you have reviewed and accept the specifications of any custom order. This agreement is governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with California law. If any suit or arbitration is brought to
resolve any dispute between us regarding the
merchandise sold or the terms and conditions of the sale, the prevailing party
will be entitled to recover all attorneys fees actually
incurred in connection with that suit or arbitration, regardless of whether a
final judgment is entered. Any judgment
or award issued in connection
with that dispute shall contain a specific provision for the recovery of such
attorneys’ fees and costs, including
any fees and costs incurred in enforcing that judgment or award.
